What Are They Made Of?
UV protective coating: Extremely thin, mostly transparent UV-cured coating.
Wear-resistant layer: mostly made of transparent polyvinyl chloride.
The color film layer is relatively thin and is a high-definition printing film.
The substrate is the thickest core layer in the entire structure. It is made of PVC and calcium carbonate with stabilizers, flame retardants, and other additives, and is formed by high-temperature extrusion.

UV protective coating | It enhances the surface's stain resistance and anti-yellowing ability, making everyday stains easy to wipe away, while also slowing down the aging of the decorative layer and extending the lifespan of the wall panels. |

Installation
1. Direct Adhesion (Suitable for flat walls, commonly used in home decoration): Establish the baseline for wall panel installation, ensuring the first panel is vertical and level.
2. Adhesive Application: Apply nail-free adhesive or structural adhesive in dots to the back of the SPC wall panel, spacing the dots 200-300mm apart, leaving a 50mm margin at the edge to avoid excessive adhesive overflow.
3. For wall panels with interlocking clips: First, align the male and female clips of the wall panel and test-fit them, adjusting the position before applying adhesive to secure.
4. Pressing and Fixing: Align the adhesive-coated wall panel with the baseline, gently press it against the wall surface, and use a scraper to press evenly, expelling air and ensuring a tight fit between the wall panel and the wall.
5. When splicing adjacent wall panels, insert the male clip into the female clip, gently tap the clip to secure it, and control the splicing gap to within 0.5mm.
